Monthly pooled allowances

Each cell is the practice allowance plus the allowance for each clinical seat, including clinical administrators.

Rules

• One practice plan, one seat charge per person. One administrator is included and may also see clients. Additional administrative permissions do not create additional seats.
• Support and billing staff are included. Clinical work requires a clinical seat. Billing category is separate from app permissions.
• The supervised rate requires both billing under another clinician’s license and required EHR note signing or cosigning by that clinician. Supervision attendance alone does not qualify. An independently billing supervisor uses the independent rate.
• Monthly allowances are pooled within the practice: the practice allowance plus the per-clinical-seat allowance. A clinical administrator also contributes that allowance. Unused units expire at month end; they do not roll over or transfer between practices.
• Video counts every connected participant, including clients and guests: a 60-minute session with two people uses 120 participant-minutes. Recordings, transcription, captions, voice calls and other add-ons have separate agreed rates.
• Text messages and text notifications use the same US SMS segment pool. Both inbound and outbound segments count. Long messages and some characters use multiple segments. In-app and standard transactional email notifications are included; marketing campaigns are separate.
• Claims, ERA claim responses and eligibility checks have separate pools. Successful corrected or secondary claim transmissions count separately; retries with the same transaction reference count once. Rejected requests that never reach the clearinghouse do not count.
• All tiers can use supported payers after required enrollment. Payer access is not a tier limit. Additional billing tax IDs, paper/fax, attachments, dedicated phone numbers, carrier registration, international messaging and payment processing require separate disclosed terms.
• Integrated supervision meetings, video and tracking start with Premium. A supervised billing seat in Basic still supports required clinical note signing; it does not include supervision meeting management.
• Existing signed prices and launch access remain in effect until a separately accepted agreement changes them. Published pricing does not authorize a charge or activate an integration.
